The ingredients used in the production of caramel do not contain gluten or traces of peanuts. However, caramel-derived products may contain gluten and traces of peanuts. Our food production facility does not have any certification regarding allergens, so there is a risk of cross-contamination for all of our products. We must emphasize that we cannot guarantee the total absence of certain allergens such as peanuts, nuts, milk, soy, wheat, barley, eggs and sulphites. Regarding allergies and intolerances at the Crémerie, we invite you to mention any allergies or intolerances to one of our ambassadors of love who will be able to guide you adequately. Please note that all our products may contain or have been in contact with allergens.

We accept payments by debit card, credit card and gift card. Is it possible to place an order on the online store and pick up at the factory? Yes, absolutely! You have the option to pick up in store by checking the appropriate box during your online purchase. It will also be a pleasure to meet you and hand it over to you in person.

Our gourmet points program allows you to accumulate points exchangeable for a discount coupon of an amount equivalent to the number of points on your next order. It is possible to send your referral link to a friend to give them a $3 discount.
