ICE CREAM SANDWICH BAR

Ingredients :

- 750 ml (3 cups) French vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

- 8 double chocolate biscuits

- 1 jar of CARAMELS FAA original caramel of 315 g

- 8 macadamia nut cookies

- 8 oatmeal and chocolate cookies

Preparation :

1. Using an ice cream scoop, place a scoop of ice cream on four double chocolate cookies. In the center of each scoop of ice cream, make a small cavity and place a little caramel in it. Cover with the rest of the double chocolate cookies and press lightly.

2. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the macadamia nuts and the oatmeal chocolate cookies.

4. Store ice cream sandwiches in an airtight container in the freezer.
