BURRATA WITH FRUITS AND RASPBERRIES CARAMEL

Ingredients :

- 60 ml (1/4 cup) CARAMELS FAA raspberry caramel
- 10 ml (2 tsp) balsamic vinegar
- 1 burrata of 250 g
- 10 strawberries, cut in half
- 2 peaches cut into quarters
- 250 ml (1 cup) blackberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) pistachios
- 12 fresh mint leaves

 

Preparation :

1. In a bowl, mix the caramel with the balsamic vinegar.

2. In the center of a serving plate, place the burrata. Place the strawberries, peach segments, blackberries and pistachios around the edge of the burrata.

3. Pour the caramel mixture in a drizzle over the burrata and fruit. Decorate with mint leaves.
