FAA FLEUR DE SEL CHOCO-CARAMEL PIE

Ingredients :
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup almond powder
- ½ cup melted butter

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup of 35% cream

- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 315 g of FAA fleur de sel CARAMELS

- 2 eggs

Instructions :
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix the breadcrumbs, ground almonds, ¼ cup of butter, and the sugar.
3. Spread the mixture by pressing it into a pie plate or 6 tartlet molds.
4. Place the tart base in the oven for 10 minutes. Set aside.
5. For the pie mixture, heat the cream and the CARAMELS FAA fleur de sel in a saucepan without boiling. Add the chocolate to the mixture to melt it.

6. Add the remaining butter and whisk until combined.
7. Add the eggs, mix well and pour into the pie crust.
8. Bake for 20 minutes.
9. Let cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours before tasting!
