FAA CARAMEL THIN CREPES

Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 ½ cups of milk

- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp sugar

- 1 tbsp melted butter
- A pinch of salt

- 315 g of FAA CARAMELS of your favorite flavor

Instructions :
1. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar and salt. Add eggs, ½ cup milk and vanilla, then whisk well until batter is smooth and well blended. Gradually add remaining milk while stirring. Stir in melted butter.

2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. When the pan is hot, brush with butter.
3. For each crepe, pour about 3 tbsp (45 ml) of batter into the center of the pan. Rotating the pan, spread the batter evenly to cover the entire bottom. When the edge comes away easily and begins to brown, it's time to flip the crepe using a spatula. Continue cooking for 10 seconds then remove from the pan.
4. Place the cooked crepes on a plate as you go. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent them from drying out. Keep your crepes warm.
5. Garnish them generously with FAA CARAMELS of your favorite flavor and enjoy with fresh fruit and lots of love!
