PEARS AND WHITE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BLONDIES

Ingredients :
- 500 ml (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 10 ml (2 tsp) cornstarch
- 5 ml (1 tsp) baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) softened butter
- 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) CARAMELS FAA pear & white chocolate caramel
- 2 eggs
- 5 ml (1 tsp) of extract of vanilla
- 2 pears, peeled and cut into small dice
- 160 ml (2/3 cup) white chocolate chips
Instructions :
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).2. In a bowl, mix the flour with the cornstarch, baking powder and salt.
3. Using an electric mixer, beat the butter with the brown sugar and 60 ml (1/4 cup) of caramel for 3 to 4 minutes in another bowl.
4. Add the eggs and vanilla, then whisk new.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Add the pears and chocolate chips and stir gently.
5. Transfer the preparation into a 20 cm square mold. cm (8 in) lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the remaining caramel over the preparation.
6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack before unmolding and cutting into nine squares.
