Instructions : 1. In a saucepan, mix the FAA CARAMELS and the cream. 2. Simmer without stirring until 300°F (150°C) is reached. 3. Add a few pieces of the FAA choco-CARAMELS tablet and place the pan in a cold water bath, still without stirring. 4. Let the temperature decrease to 225°F (110°C). 5. Beat for 2 minutes with an electric mixer and place the mixture in a dish lined with parchment paper . 6. Freeze for 1 hour. 7. Cut into pieces, enjoy and store in the refrigerator.
