This new product has been a long time coming. Our team dreamed of introducing a new flavor that would live up to the standards of the true Quebec caramel.

Today, we are immensely proud to unveil our brand new Lemon Caramel. Like all our creations, it is entirely made here, in our factory, with quality and carefully selected ingredients.

No artificial flavors. No preservatives. Only real ingredients: lemon concentrate, lemons freshly zested by hand by our team, right here in our factory, then delicately incorporated into our true caramel, slowly cooked with love.

The result? A bright flavor, approved by our entire team, delicately refreshing and perfectly balanced between the richness of our true caramel and the freshness of lemon. A creation that will accompany your desserts at home as well as your finest culinary creations.
